At pulseIncentive™, every product is a unique piece, made especially for you. As a Print-on-Demand (POD) business, we partner with Printify to bring our designs to life and deliver them directly to your door.

This means your order goes through two main phases:

1. Fulfillment (Production) Time:

What it is: This is the time it takes to create your custom product (print your design on the tee, hoodie, or sticker, etc.)
Estimate: Our products are typically fulfilled within 2-7 business days after the order is placed. During peak seasons or for certain items, this might extend slightly.

2. Shipping Time:

What it is: This is the time it takes for your order to reach you once it has been fulfilled and shipped by our production partners.
Domestic (USA): Once fulfilled, orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days.
International: Shipping times vary significantly by destination, but usually range from 7-21 business days after fulfillment.

Your total delivery time is the sum of the Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and your shipping address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey.

International Shipping:

We ship to many countries worldwide.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please note that for international orders, recipients are responsible for any customs and import taxes, duties, or fees that may be applied by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are outside of our control and are not included in your order's total.

Lost or Damaged Orders:

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at https://contact.pulseincentive.shop/form. Provide your order number and details of the issue, and we will work with our production partner to find a solution.
