At pulseIncentive™, every product is made to order just for you.
This means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind. Please read the policy below carefully before placing your order.
🔁 We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges
All of our products are custom printed and made specifically for each customer.
As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing issue or your item arrives damaged.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a printing error, damage, or other defect, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number.
A clear photo showing the issue.
A short description of the problem.
Once confirmed, we’ll issue a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

❌ What We Cannot Cover
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements in the following cases:
You ordered the wrong size, color, or style.
You provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address
You changed your mind after placing the order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to assist if your package is lost or significantly delayed.
